If your order is flawed or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days) so we can make it right, whether that means returning the merchandise for a refund or replacing the item. Proof of the flaw or damage is required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you changed your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise (shipping charges are non-refundable) and a 50% return fee will apply.
